MEGAVOIP E-911 EMERGENCY ADDRESS MANAGEMENT

MAKING SURE HELP ARRIVES WHERE YOU NEED IT

From the moment you become a MegaVoIP subscriber, we take great care to ensure that the E-911 address you entered is valid. MegaVoIP service is nomadic, which means that you can use it anywhere a broadband internet connection is available. To ensure that help arrives where you need it, you must update your E-911 address when you move your MegaVoIP Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) to a new address.

UPDATING YOUR E-911 ADDRESS

There are three ways for you to change the E-911 address associated with your MegaVoIP number:

• Log on to your MegaVoIP account, select E-911 from the menu bar near the top of the page, then follow the instructions to verify or change your E-911 information.
• Call 611 from your MegaVoIP phone and one of our customer support representatives will help you update your E-911 information.
• Call 1-866-803-9396 toll free from any phone to have one of our customer support representatives help you update your E-911 information.

Please remember that you are responsible for ensuring that the E-911 address assigned to your MegaVoIP telephone service is correct. For help to arrive where and when you need it, you must update your E-911 address when you move your VoIP analog telephone adapter (ATA) to a new address.

MegaVoIP requires a broadband connection to the internet. It is not supported over IDSL or satellite internet service.
